Why was my bet cancelled and how is settlement done?
If your bet on Mostbet shows as “cancelled”, it usually means the bet is void and your stake is returned.
Common reasons:
- Match not played or stopped: Game postponed, abandoned or not completed as per rules.
- Wrong odds or obvious error: Technical mistake in odds or market.
- Rule changes / void market: Market cancelled by provider or conflict with betting rules.
- Duplicate or late bet: Bet placed after actual start or duplicated accidentally.
What happens to settlement:
- Cancelled bet = stake refunded to your balance (no win, no loss).
- In combo/parlay bets: Only that selection becomes “1.0 odds”, the rest of the bet stands.
If you are unsure, open Bet History in your Mostbet account and check the comment. For unclear cases, contact Support with bet ID and match details.
